Swiss Meringue Buttercream
One thing I pride myself on is the quality of my product first but second is the knowledge I have to make it taste good or even fix any problem that can arise. I feel strongly about using the best and freshest ingredients in all aspects of my work. I will always use a Swiss Meringue Buttercream. It does not use powdered sugar making it less sweet than most buttercreams from other bakeries. It’s a traditional method of butter and meringue whipped to perfection! It will change your life!
