Hi! I am Priscilla- Texas born and raised.

cake artist

In 2006, my professional journey began fueled by my passion for hospitality.

I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park and shortly after became a pastry chef. (In case you were wondering…No you don’t just get the “chef” title by graduating)

I held many positions over the years in both front and back of the house learning all aspects of operations. Ultimately spending most of my career as a restaurant pastry chef or an event planner at mostly 5 star 4 diamond properties.

In my spare time I would also make cakes for friends, family, and clients. Which makes the inception of Meringue Me to be the quintessential chef story, but has always been my passion.

In 2021 I welcomed my beautiful son with my husband of 9 years. With being a stay at home mom I realized I could continue my love and passion for baking by having my business full time and make others happy through my art.

When I am not baking I am probably playing monster trucks and learning all there is to know about construction vehicles with my son. It helps he loves cars so much, as we are definitely F1 fanatics. I love spending time with family and friends as much as possible!

I am an extrovert who was once told I talk so much I would be better suited in a front of house role. I took that as a compliment and used it to become an event planner as well. I truly love putting all my passion into my work no matter where or what it leads me to.

  • I live for this question when getting to know others.

I want to say apple because MY apple pie changed my life a bit. However, Chocolate Pecan Pie! It has to have lots of chocolate.

  • Coca Cola Icee. Through and through that will make me so happy and change my day but only the real one!

Ask me more about how you say mango too, if you want a fun story.

  • This is a hard one as I have been able to enjoy some amazing experiences. But my first ever Michelin dinner was beyond anything I could have imagined. We were fresh out of culinary school and excited to experience the whole world we strived and worked hard to learn to be apart of.

  • I was one ranked #1 in Texas and Top 2% in the nation for Baking and Pastry Arts.

  • 1: Burts Bees “medicated” chapstick

    2: Coffee. iced, always

3: Wine- Dry red or Rose
